Q. Do you ship abroad?

A. Not at this moment but we are looking to change this before the end of 2017!

Q. How much is shipping to the UK?

A. Shipping to all UK address are completely free!

Q. How do i know my products are safe from damage?

A. We ship all order in cardboard boxes only and have a 100% success rate for NO damage products on delivery!

Q. Can i track my order once it has left you?

A. Yes all orders can be tracked as we only use tracked services for our customers piece of mind, if you are registered we will add tracking details to your account, if you checkout as a guest we will e-mail you these details.

Q. Do i have to register to shop we you?

A. No you don’t have to register to shop with us, which we find most first timers like to do, but registering at some point is always good as you will be the first to hear about discounted products, receive loyalty discount code, enter future competitions, there are many benefits to registering an account with us.

Q. Do i have to have a PayPal account to shop with you?

A. No you don’t PayPal is our Payment Gateway, if you don’t have a PayPal account when you are at checkout and get to the PayPal login screen just below it says “Pay with debit or credit card, or PayPal card” just click link and follow instruction.

Q. If i register are my details safe?

A. PayPal Payments provide a secure server for all our online credit/debit card transactions. All personal data is encrypted by PayPal. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Q. Can you guarantee my pre owned game will include its manual?

A. Yes we can, all our pre owned games are complete with there original box, manual & cover etc, we don’t sell incomplete products!

Q. I have found a product cheaper else where?

A. Before comparing our prices to others please bare in mind, we only use solid boxes for shipping (protection of products no damage on arrival), we use trackable services only (customers can rest knowing there will be no lost in transit), we use 1st Class Recorded Royal Mail which has 1 – 2 days delivery (most companies use 2nd Class standard with a 3 – 5 working days delivery) there are many reason why you should choose us as we make sure everything is covered for a hassle free shopping experience!

Q. When will my order be dispatched?

A. We aim to dispatch all orders with in 1 working day but ask for 3 working days at busy times.

Q. When can i expect my order to arrive?

A. All standard games have a delivery time of just 1 – 2 working days, limited edition, accessories and 3 or more game orders go via MyHermes Tracked and are normally around 2 – 3 working days.

Q. Why has my card been declined?

A. The most common cause of a card being declined is that the billing address details used on your order do not match either your registered card address or your delivery address.

Q. When is my pre order dispatched?

A. We aim to dispatch all pre orders so they arrive to our customers on the actual official release date!

Q. Does my order have to be to my billing address?

A. Yes for every customers first order we will only ship to the billing address (registered card holders address) after this you will be able to change delivery address once registered as a member.
